The thief then went up to the top floor and pretended to have a conversation with a neighbour. </p> <p>The thief then left and the resident went upstairs where he found no neighbours in but the bolt cutters left lying.</p> <p>The resident took the bolt cutters.</p> <p>The thief returned a few minutes later and the resident took his picture.</p> <p>The Reddit posters then think the thief is going to be charged.
