It’s always been one of the discs inside that that is in the wrong position that caused it to jam. The key would not go right in almost in but not quite think it’s the deepest disk that gets out of position. If oiled it may move more freely so won’t need a to be bumped to turn back to a position the key can be get in. Oiling also get rid of small objects that may stop the discs turning freely. The jammed locks issue I have had are not actually jammed as such it’s just key won’t turn as disk is out of position.
