(Things were certainly not helped by <u>three</u> cars, including one private hire vehicle, being illegally parked on the double red lines outside the Troy cafe, right next to the "No parking at any time" sign for &lt;rule two's&gt; sake.)</p> <p>She had an animal carrier bungied on to her pannier rack with a cloth/rug over it - looked like cat/small dog size. So at least one person in Edinburgh appears to transport their small animal friend by bicycle.</p> <p>I'd also note that she appeared serenely unbothered by the mess created by the motorised traffic, dismounting from her bike with a smile and stotting cheerfully off on foot with her bike by her side.
