Jelly legs often occur in the Tour of East Lothian.</p> <p>I often holiday near Harlech but have never tried cycling up the infamous lane. I have too much respect for the age of my knees. There's a bit on the scenic detour going north from (I think) Lochinver that has a short stretch that's signposted as 25%. Mental! We rented a holiday cottage at the top of it once but i dont remember the steepness</p> <p>Ramsay Lane second</p> <p>Streets were nominated by the public. Condition appears to have been residential street in built up area.</p> <p>Wan Lockheed may have highest street but not the steepest </p>
