&#60;p&#62;me too.  They spent a lot of time digging up and putting in pipes about 6 months ago.  I hoped it was for a solution, but no such luck.  &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;In Freezing temperatures it is lethal.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;agree with @Hankchief that it is not good enough- even a hedgerow would absorb some of the water and shore up the soil.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Happened to be out at the Airport tonight and there is again a big puddle on the Southside down slip. Noticeable that the on both sides there is a torrent of water coming down the paths from just below where there are drainage pipes from the farmer's field.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How are they allowed to drain a field onto a tarmac space and just let someone else deal with it?&#60;/p&#62;
