When I attended a Spokes meeting at which she spoke in (I think) 2018, she seemed very defensive about criticism of the proposals for the tram extension (which at that point weren't at all good but were subsequently improved a lot), and in particular with regards to the plans not addressing the inverted pyramid of transport prioritisation... She has made the right noises, and has seen through the Transformation Project - which of course could be shelved. Until we see some real action then such rhetoric will remain just a headline grabbing tactic, nothing more.</p> <p>Even this hot air has Cllr Cook up in arms, though it's rich for a Tory to complain about divisive language.
