Green Party in England want it scrapped - hard to feel comfortable about that but seems to be an increasing mood down there that such a huge project does not tie in with the aim to improve the 'ordinary persons' commute.<br /> Talk of more trans Pennine, Northern Powerhouse priorities to reward voters for their conversion to the blue corner. You get train to Cologne where you go overnight to Malmö via stop in Copenhagen then across Øresund.<br /> Proposal by Swedish rail.
