Water and power via private business re-sellers. Also we pay duty on any items coming into EU direct from Taiwan avoiding EUUK distributors.<br /> Old shop had us shovelling out £800 per month on rates - still less than most units in rUK.<br /> No idea how they will 'handout' money here.
