<description>&#60;p&#62;When I. Cycled from London to Oxford to meet the man who proved the ball was over the line in the 1966 World Cup, we stayed in Reading. On night one after having detoured to see Dave Gilmour’s house boat. Stanley Spencer, Rolf Harris House (from across the Thames please) and magma carta oh yeah and that big castle. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Day two was a lot better leaving reading some beautiful back lanes, village greens and good looking pubs. A pleasant and green land.partly on this route but then you hit didcot and the big power stations now blown to smithereens
