They are massively lacking appropriate signage at these junctions, but it would have been a significant further dilution of the aims of the route to have them returned to standard side road give-ways. Can't really comment on traffic as it was neither rush hour nor school drop-off or pick up times. What did surprise me were the road markings on the quiet route. Priority has been given to traffic turning from what are clearly side roads onto larger north/south roads. This didn't feel particularly safe. They're just crossing their fingers and hoping that by removing the barriers on the section in the Braid Estate it'll still remain Quiet and not revert to being a rat run.
