Was overtaken himself several times by irate van driver and motorist on wrong side of road.</p> <p>Caused tailback. Polis went by but ignored while thing. Tempers fraying. Driver eventually appears. Declines to accept his responsibility for tailback. Drives off. </p> <p>Low news day, clickbait story</p> <p>Comments on Facebook where I saw this were less than edifying. </p>
