They all go away to stay in the highlands but actually the filming is at the massive luxury shepherd’s hut out near Crosswood Reservoir - Lang Whang called after the nearby hill Craigengar.. </p> <p>Two songs from a Val Doonican album my parents had when I was about 5 also feature (Delaney had a Donkey and Paddy McGinty’s Goat) </p>
