Even their website has the same layout with the same stuff at the same prices but a different colour.</p> <p>You can return online purchases under your distance buying rights but you can no longer return it to store. Some summer gloves and a pair of Endura Merino Socks. Both in sizes too small to fit my feet and hands,</p> <p>Fortunately I phoned ahead so was already aware I was going to get no joy as I do not have a receipt and I am not going to spoil YMG’s kindness by telling him I am taking the kit back.</p> <p>I made a half hearted suggestion that they would be risking some damage to their reputation.</p> <p>This was with the young manager guy. Bit angsty. He is.</p> <p>Anyways the older chattier guy says Sports Direct policy - you walk out the shop with a bike you change your mind you will not be offered a refund...on line yes but not in the shop...</p> <p>Hilariously I bought a pair of the bigger gloves....</p> <p>Their excellent red lube only available on line. </p>
