If I remember right there were 8 SNP and 8 Labour councillors, plus Mr de Vink and Ian Baxter (Green). de Vink and Baxter chose to support an SNP administration rather than Labour.</p> <p>He also has some sort of involvement with Scottish Land &amp; Estates - he's their representative on Midlothian's Access Forum. Planted so that the owner of the land would see it while doing basic training in the air force.
