I picked up a tip to put tubeless sealant in your inner tube and I can attest to the fact that it really does work- at least with relatively low pressures - around 60 psi - not sure it would with say 120 psi pressures as the rapid force of air loss might not give the sealant a chance to seal the puncture </p>
