Pretty old and well used but still safe* and serviceable* I think. More secure than the bouncy seat post mounted ones, but on the downside you cant carry panniers as well. </p> <p>Bikes for Refugees don't take them, not sure if Bike Station does.</p> <p>* obviously you have to make your own mind up on that. </p>
