We just took A roads as our cycling was to 'go somewhere' directly - not an unreasonable request and one very popular with many car and motorhome users! Probably never made it to 1900!<br /> Other cyclists are always fitter, faster, smarter etc etc.<br /> Average human we met on our recent trip from Kinross to Strathardle spent most of their time in a car. They would then park and walk somewhere to get a bite to eat after a tiring drive as the 'roads are so busy'.
