I asked two builders carrying costa coffee cups where they got their coffees. A better connection from Clippens Drive to Straiton Pond (meeting the Roslin Path immediately north of the bypass) will be built as part of the housing development currently being built to the north of Lang Loan.</p> <p>Unfortunately, when a local resident pointed out that an extra bridge over the Burdiehouse burn would allow a direct connection from Clippens Drive to the existing Burdiehouse Burn path, nobody was interested in paying for it...so everyone will have to go round three sides of a square, via Burdiehouse Road.</p> <p>EDIT: Where's the school on the south side of the burn? </p> http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=20762#post-355752 Fri, 15 Oct 2021 19:50:32 +0000 gembo 355752@http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/ <p>Too late now, if it survives the foooding it should win awards. Parallel to the north side of the burn.</p> <p>I am hoping it links up to the Roslin path or the ERI path.</p> <p>Any local knowledge? Note not the school on the south side of the burn, </p>
