Mazda 4.2 metres long driveway 4.3 m long so declined as presumably would stick out.</p> <p>But when the appeal was held the owner had taken the pavings up. Presumably to save for later</p> <p>So he wins the appeal, but is urged to parallel park. Aye right. And paint his fence purple to match the chuckies.</p> <p>On bbc news website </p>
