<description>&#60;p&#62;Planning permission given though driveway already built.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Interesting as owner had put slabs in over the purple chuckies  indicating car would be parked perpendicular to the road. Mazda 4.2 metres long driveway 4.3 m long so declined as presumably  would stick out.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;But when the appeal was held the owner had taken the pavings up. Presumably to save for later&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So he wins the appeal, but is urged to parallel park. Aye right. And paint his fence purple to match the chuckies.&#60;/p&#62;
