The last reference I can find to this is in <a href="http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=18187&amp;page=6">this thread</a>, which seems to have been shut down about two years ago.</p> <p>It seemed like a very good idea at the time, when I used to go that way on a more or less daily basis. I was disappointed to see that nothing has happened since then; it seemed such an obvious and fairly straightforward thing to do. Did it get put on the back burner when SARS-CoV-2 struck and might yet go ahead (omicron permitting)? If so, does anyone know when? (If the answer is "after CCWEL" then personally I would take that to mean something akin to "when hell freezes over".) </p>
