<description>&#60;p&#62;I went for a ride the other day and things felt a bit funny. Like there was something wrong with my cleats. They felt like they were slightly shoogly and were difficult to release. They did however work. I realised once I was back that I had put the wrong cycling shoes on, and was riding Keo pedals with SPD SL cleats. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It's not pretty, but it works!
