Why not have a smart app that picks up from other phones in cars or on pedestrians the location, direction of travel and relay that to the listener on the bike 50 yards down the road e.g. "beware bampot behind you travellng too fast and too close to the side of the road" or "pedestrian paying too much attention to my screen about to walk out in front of you". Yes it mght be a bit like The Dark Knight Rises invasion of privacy... </p>
