My earlier FOI for one junction also had estimates and the newer ones had amounts against them. A quick follow-up and we now have it.</p> <p>The total value paid out including solicitors costs etc so far is in the order of £1.25M with some very large claims in there too.</p> <p>Interestingly, the earlier spreadsheet I was given for one junction did have the estimated claim values which they say they don't hold (i.e. what a solicitor has initially intimated and is ongoing). That was around £0.25M for one junction so I'd expect the level of claims to continue to increase.</p> <p>It would be good to get this into the local (or even national) press.
