The rest are covered up to 1k each when out of the house as part of personal items. The one time I had a bike stolen (admittedly about 15 years ago), all it took was a call to the insurer with a crime reference number from the police and I had a replacement bike sent to me within a couple of days. My bike has an integrated lock through the wheel and a chain attachment. Neither appear on the Sold Secure list and I can't seem to find an insurance policy which covers theft with the lock I've got. I have no desire to buy another lock! </p>
