In my case I estimated they were going at 50-55 MPH in Holyrood Park, a 20 MPH limit. The officer said "They're clearly speeding, but we can't tell by how much so there's nothing we can do. Now they're speeding up again...</p> <p>...thanks to absolutely zero enforcement and absolutely nothing a citizen can do about rogue speeders, not even social ostracisation.</p> <p>Once they've sped past your house, there is no way to catch them. Literally nothing you can do.</p> <p>If only there was a technical way to geofence and speed-limit cars.
