The Terms of Reference are attached.</p> <p>As a representative on the previous Local Access and/or Transport and Active Travel Forums, I am writing to invite you to participate in the newly formed Forum. The intention is that the Forum will meet twice-yearly (once on Local Access and once on Transport) with the potential for further meetings if required.
