They were there on stolen motorbikes before. The E-bikes are sort of less dangerous but more prevalent. Haven’t been out on the bike yet but in the few weeks I’ve been back I’ve seen ninja youths on electric bikes whizzing around both on the roads ( and pavements) and in particular emerging from the Innocent path. There wasn’t any of this when I left. Is this a problem? Anybody encounter them? Am I worrying unduly? </p>
