Present them with a concrete proposal to implement such a policy in their patch and they will, reluctantly, have to explain why they cannot support it in this case.</p> <p>Singing the praises of decisions made by a local authority in another country is easy, forgetting that these decisions were probably made in the face of pretty active opposition. Angled parking leads to dangerous pavement reversing &amp; driving.
