<description>&#60;p&#62;I just wanted to post a thank you to all those who helped me when I came off my bike on the cycle path at whitecraig today. A local resident nipped round on his bike and helped me down to the main road, then a couple of Slovenian lassies stopped (they had bikes on back of car) and gave me 1st aid and waited til my wife arrived. Then an Aussie cyclist stopped and  helped me into the car. Genuinely blown away by their kindness. I was a bit shaken up so didn’t get a chance to thank them properly. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Also, NHS treatment was spot on. Assesed, x-rayed and treated within an hour. Broken collar bone but could have been much worse :)
