Think it’s a city wide problem rather than just one or two individuals. Impressive bike handling skills but it was practically silent and I doubt the result would have been pretty had someone stepped off the pavement in front of him having not heard his approach.</p> <p>It might have been the same guy I've seen two-up on Comiston Road, and it might have been one of the near-identical pair I once saw riding through Braidburn Valley Park. Or there may be more of them around than that.
