This is on the spine of the wee ridge protruding from the embankment to the north, between Arneill Drive and the football pitches, on the other side of the path from Leonardo, but the NWH employee who lumbered over to ask what my problem was (stylistically quite distinct from simply walking over and asking if he could help) eventually appeared to confirm that his work was Leonardo-connected, and wasn't just doing regular council bramble-concreting work. </p> http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=21840#post-382171 Wed, 26 Nov 2025 12:10:17 +0000 MediumDave 382171@http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/ <p>There's quite a bit of extra grass space at various places along that stretch so laying a temporary path with geogrid or other ground protection wouldn't exactly be difficult. The will seems to be lacking though. I had to teach my two kids to walk to school and cross the roundabout at Telford Road and again on Crewe Road South. I literally trained them not to look at the green man but to look into the eyes of the drivers approaching to see if they have noticed the pedestrian crossings.
