Opposite the Haymarket Pub, under the new building, looks like cycle parking. As it's windows are clear allowing the public to see the facility I assume it may be a paid parking facility for the public?</p> <p>Can anyone shed light on this and what is available please?</p> <p>Kind regards Dave C </p>
