We've already done the free bikes thing to clear a cargo bike no-one wanted. Basically small shops churn the money of private individuals and collect tax for HMRC. Most cargo bikes are for family use and the GR8 addresses that with a big foam box like the UA. So let's hope their free £5k+ Bosch Smart System cargo bicycles 'grow the market' and that they are nice to ride and easy to service with good spare part availability.</p> <p>From a 'Scotland as a country in Europe' point of view the 60 bike offer could mean just under one lost sale I suppose. (Scottish 5m is one hundredth of European<br /> 500m).<br /> I reckon they are more of a PIA to Aerial down in Dumfries.
