Some of those powered scooters can do 50+mph, there's videos of the them on the Paris Peripherique (motorway ring road).</p> <p>I've also seen hooded guys on a petrol motorbike at around 16:45 heading North/East on the NEPN.</p> <p>Talking to another female parent, this has a real impact, it makes her scared to use the path. It was, frankly, terrifying the speed they were going at. </p> <p>I didn’t think powered scooters were able to go that fast; clearly I was wrong. </p> <p>Not really sure what the point of this post is, other than to warn folks to stay safe out there. </p>
