<description>&#60;p&#62;Ha, ha, ha, ha... Very droll.  It would certainly frighten a few motorists initially, if it is loud enough!!  We used to do that card thing on the spokes when we were kids, held in place by a clothes peg.  Alright for the short hop round town but not practical on longer journeys, far too much hard work, like the old dynamos rubbing against the tyre, it would be like your brake blocks rubbing constantly holding you back.
