There are restrictions on accessing land that was subject to a charge prior to 2001 (which might apply here) and you have to give tents a wide enough berth to afford the people in them privacy.</p> <p>Regardless of the legality - why would a campsite ban cyclists, particularly in an area popular with cycle tourists?
