To make the cost of this more palatable with a wedding coming up, I'd like to sell the above items to cover some of the cost of conversion.</p> <p>So, is anyone interested in:</p> <p>- Tektro 992AG Oryx Cantilever Brakeset (with Avid FR-5 Brake Levers, cables included)<br /> - Weinmann DP18 Fixed-Free Road Wheelset (with Schwalbe Speed Cruiser tyres &amp; tubes)</p> <p>From what I can gather, it would cost you about £150 to buy the wheelset/tyres new, and over £50 for the brakes and levers. Given that you'd be doing me a great favour with my accountant I'd be happy to knock off a third for either (sensible offers entertained).</p> <p>As a hidden bonus you can apparently request whatever size of track sprocket you desire (it comes with a 16t freewheel) and I'd be happy to throw in a novelty delivery by recumbent.</p> <p>We're moving offices in a few months and our new, unexclusive on-street Sheffield stands (opposite Ocean Terminal) are not going to be a sensible place for the Raptobike to live. :-(</p> <p>The alternative is to try and get something useable from the Bikestation or similar, which might make more sense than buying new stuff and selling it immediately, but I thought I'd see if there was any interest... </p>
