I bought them as they were the only pair I could find with no laces.<br /> Why?<br /> Lazy. Speed in the changing room.<br /> The picture looks like they are see through because THEY ARE which is awesome for keeping cool. (this morning was interesting) I also imagine they will be great at drying out fast when they get wet (I have overshoes which might not fit over the huge soles, haven't tested yet) and they came with a wee hanger that fits in the soles so they can be hung up on a radiator.<br /> The openness of them may not appeal to everyone but then hey-ho </p>
