<description>&#60;p&#62;&#34;why do cycling routes / road and path signage / facility engineering appear to be designed on paper, from above, without ever being tested by a person on a bike to ensure they are usable and practical and safe?&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;how many of the panelists / presenters / policy makers walked / cycled / public transported it (taxis don't count) to the conference?&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;last question could also be asked in more general terms, i.e. getting to work, kids to school, doing the shopping...
