The Angel jacket for example has all the necessary bikey stuff like a bum flap and reflective belt and a hood and waterproof fabric and so on, but as I discovered, it's not actually cut very well for anyone over 5'6", nor does Bspoke recognise that taller ≠ bigger.</p> <p>I think that full length coats are meant to be worn with 'Dutch' bikes, which do generally mount the rear light on the rack or on the mudguard. It's perhaps all us high-powered urban warriors who prefer rear lights higher up on the seatpost. I've always liked the way you don't have to have lots of specialist gear to go for a ride (as opposed to other sports/exercise things) so it would fit with that ethos.</p> <p>Is a good point about the rear lights though - I ride a step through and I have had someone stop me to tell me that my knee-length coat is covering the back light which I've got on my seat post.
