Well just below bus drivers of course,cause they have even more right to be wherever they want, cause the roads belong to them . You having a giraffe? The last thing that we need is MORE "professional" (I use the term loosely as the article also points out that all they need is a police background and a health check - no actual qualification or driving competence required)drivers out on the roads who have been that long behind the wheel! </p> <p>And it's <strong>seen as a bad thing that there aren't enough</strong>! </p>
