In order to get it at the right angle I had to turn left at the pedestrian crossing (as opposed to crossing the road) then turn right into the lane. (Someone with a more agile type of bike would be able to charge it, of course).</p> <p>And then at the other end, the railings were easily circumvented by riding over the thoughtfully smoothed surface to the side of the path. I'm thinking it might shave a few seconds off going to the lights on the main road. </p>
