Office of about 300 only 11 parking spaces 9 for the head heid yins and 2 floating. A lot of people come in by bus/train. Without bothering to find a headcount stat I saw a few years ago I'd reckon there'd be no more than two thousand occupants in here, so somewhere beneath 5%.
