&#60;p&#62;It is expected that -&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Labour will vote against because of the &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.theyworkforyou.com/sp/?gid=2010-01-20.22911.0&#34;&#62;cancellation of GARL&#60;/a&#62;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;All other parties (plus Margo) are expected to vote in favour.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Liberal Democrats want &#34;£20 million for additional college places, as well as help for the Scottish post office network&#34; (according to &#60;em&#62;The Scotsman&#60;/em&#62;)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Conservatives seem to have settled for more scrutiny.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The Greens have probably got money for home insulation and &#34;marine renewables&#34;.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;So the sensible Spokes proposals for taking £20m off the roads budget might have to wait for ANOTHER year...
