NHS staff are reluctant to encourage cycle or discourage smoking, it is bad for business... </p> <p>Health promotion? What is that? People looked at me like I was an alien when I turned up there on a bike to visit a relative, then proceeded to negotiate the cigarette ends to park my bike - the only one there, I might add!
