<description>&#60;p&#62;Or you could probably use a two-part epoxy or something to permanently secure the light to its bracket - thus requiring tools to remove (check you can replace the batteries before gluing the light on!)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Otherwise dynamo lights are generally bolt-on, but then you need a dynamo, or good wiring skills.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I have a racklight from TBC and quite like it. It's very bright. My front light is on my helmet. So I have no lights to remove unless I add an extra Knog front light.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Unfortunately, it doesn't mount neatly to a Blackburn rack, but otherwise quite good.
