<description>&#60;p&#62;Gehl architects has developed the city centre plan for Edinburgh. Interesting to note though that Council officials seem to be watering down the pro-cycling aspects. Are they responding to concerns from residents? Or is this just motorists sabotaging the implementation of the plan?
