"<a href="http://www.britishcycling.org.uk/scotland/article/scst-scottish-cycling-cycle-speedway">There is currently only one purpose built track in Scotland</a>".</p> <p>It's usually a fast and fun sport for taking part in (Falcons have always welcomed new riders) and watching. I'm sure the Edinburgh club hopes it can now return to being that! </p>
