<description>&#60;p&#62;&#34;Parkies&#34; are still alive and well in the annuals of Oor Wullie. They still wear peaked caps and blazers and gumboots.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;Workies&#34; still wear flatcaps and tackety boots and sit around braziers drinking tea from cans. They still do precious little obvious work.

&#60;p&#62;In principle this a 'shame it's necessary, but probably a good thing'. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Though this (Braidburn Valley Park) seems to be a slight overeaction to an odd (probably one-off) event. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It would be nice to think that there might be an increased chance of coming across the odd policeperson (on a bike of course) on the off road network, but...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It would probably be cheaper to have 'parkkeepers', but...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I suppose the Big Soc future is Sustrans ranger vigilanties!
