&#60;p&#62;I'd also seen something somewhere about a bracket that attaches to handlebars/front of bike and can carry a pannier.  Must find that one too.  ah. &#60;a href=&#34;http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Models.aspx?ModelID=38920&#34;&#62;here it is.&#60;/a&#62; caried lots of places (asked at EBC last week, but they were baffled!)&#60;/p&#62;
